Well well well…what do you suppose Eleanor is thinking about?
We’ll find out soon enough!
In the meantime, I’m getting ready for the Emerald City Comic Con! It’ll be in Seattle at the end of the month. I’ll be there at the Webcomic Underdogs table, so, if you’re attending, stop by and say hi!
Congratulations, Eleanor – you became the legal guardian of two teenagers without having the slightest idea of what you’re in for.
Did you think they would just be your submissives and that’s it? I think the law might frown on a “legal guardian” getting into that kind of relationship with her charges…
Excellent. I vote that Eleanor either:
1 – Realizes the teenagers would be happier with other people and is a good person and allows them to still be teenagers and whatnot, or
2 – Realizes that she doesn’t want to be a parent for two teenagers, and gives them back to Anya or somebody else who’d do a better job.
I”m not going to say much because I don’t want to give anything away, but you pretty much read my mind.
“not going to say much” my left …. foot!
Out of Her Depth!
Booyah!
Nah. The water’s only up to her armpits.
It’s milk. I was going to show a barrel behind her, but it just didn’t work.
Eleanor is very concerned with keeping up a youthful appearance.
omg.
Well, at least you didn’t say it was “virgin’s blood” – though that might have been a little difficult to come by, in your world.
Ha ha, Eleanor’s really stepped in it this time! Those kids are going to give her a serious run for her money and that’s something I simply must see. As for Reade, I call her Captain ’cause she runs a tight ship.
Yup. Makes me feel better at ease the suggestion that she won’t be able to control them like before. Good to see them turning into people instead of pawns.
Hmmm, military academies for girls are few and far between. A boarding school, perhaps? Or a finishing school someplace exotic–like Bulgaria?
NEVER underestimate Eleanor.
You mean Brunagaria? Perish the thought! Place innocent children in the hands of the hated smelly despots who wreaked such havok upon the poor Chuckleslovakians?
Anya would never countenance such a terrible decision!
Yes, yes I did. Drat that predictive feature. After all, the more horrible the threat, the more effective it is. And while such a threat may finally push Anya to rip Eleanor’s hair out by the roots, how would Esther know that?
Eleanor wouldn’t even joke about Brungaria, knowing how deeply Anya’s (and every patriotic Chuckleslovakian’s) hatred goes.
There are some things that are out of bounds, even to her.
Eleanor admitting defeat? Eleanor admitting that a set teenaged twins are too much her? Eleanor showing the world that she can’t being a single mom?
I do not think so.
Eleanor is a great many things but a quitter?
Right now, she is going thru a lot of emotions and memories.
Is she remembering how it went for her and Victoria when they were twins.
Something happened to her that has left a very big void in her psyche. This is brining it back. This is something that she thought was over and done. Karma is not very nice.
Remember that Eleanor also has her discombobulationotron project. It could be causing some extra stress right now.
Or, it might be more important than keeping Esther around.
Unless she needs Esther for the project.
Either way, she’s got a lot on her plate.
