Amy’s not the only one, apparently. Oh well, you’d be startled too at your first sight of Caliban, I’m sure. Even if you were a junior officer on a space ship.
Looks like Caliban doesn’t understand Konot as well as we’d like. Or he’s fooling. I think we might find out more next time.
And next time will be on time! I apologize for the delay, but it did give me a chance to get another strip done. I think you’ll like. Warning: It may be a little silly. Just a head’s up.
Larry needs another shirt.
Yep. But it’s not the first time.
Ahh, but Larry all ready has 6, NO, 7 shirts in his locker. It happens to him a lot. I’ll send you some pic’s by EM.
It’s probably not even the fifth or sixth time. Poor Larry. But it’s his own fault for being so calm and good-natured that he becomes a strange attractor.
Evidently poor Konot was so startled he reverted to his own language. One wonders where you found a font for it…. ;P
Sigh – the entire phrase was supposed to be italicized, not just the word strange. Annoying non-editable comments program. ~grumble, grumble~
Yeah, I badly need redos myself–I feel your pain. ><
I’m a little surprised that Amy hasn’t had a stroke by now…..
Konot wrapping himself around Larry’s head nearly killed me, Charlie. You’re making a habit of this. Thank you! ^^
Thank you! I’m really happy with that panel. Poor Larry. Coffee stains (again) and a little squrimy alien climbing all over him.
Just another day at Sampson Enterprises.
Sam Hill, indeed…
Poor Caliban. Why does everyone respond that way to the sight of him. Just because he’s a giant green demon.
It just occured to me that I’ve been viewing Konot all wrong the last few pages. What I now realise is his eyes, I though was was nostrils. It’s so weird, that he now look completely different to me. He really has a great design, by the way. You really have a knack for creating these bizarre creatures. (Sorry again, Caliban).
Hey, thanks, man! I can understand how you might have looked at him that way. Konot just kind of happened, way back in the Utopia, Unlimited days. He’s named after my friend Sean Konot, who lettered the first two issues.
And poor Caliban indeed. The only one who didn’t react in fear was, of course, Miffy.
