What? What have Stephanie and Victoria been up to? Besides playing live action Tunnels ‘n Trolls, I mean.
I think you can see one of the things she’s learned. In the next few strips, we’ll find out some other things. And meet another HMS Iolanthe crewmember.
By the way, that floating robot thingy next to Konot? That’s Four.
Plus, where’s Eleanor?
Oh my! 😀
I’ve seen your other comic. I could believe they’ve been up to anything and everything on that ship.
Yep. Clues have, and continue to be, dropped. We’ll learn more in the upcoming weeks.
Hope you liked Utopia. It’s still my favorite.
Poor Larry needs a hard reboot. O.o
And Edison might well offer to supply the “hard ” part… ><
*ahem* Yes, well, any number of cast members might offer to supply…. Larry’s a popular guy.
So, Boss, what’s a fella have to do to get an avatar around here?
Sorry about taking so long to reply, Pops. Something’s going goofy with WordPress and my server. Anyway, I’m not sure how to get you an avatar. I’ll check in with my compotamo, I mean, my computer hipp-I mean, my handsome and charming computer expert, and see what Rul-I mean, my handsome and charming computer expert, who shall M9 Girls remain nameless can do.
Because I love your avatar. If y’all want to see it, check out Groovy, Kinda on Tapastic sometime.
Many thanks!
That avatar is a copy of a John Singer Sargent portrait of William Sturgis Bigelow that I did for a drawing class I took a few years ago. I have others; I can copy anything.
So your computer expert has something to do with a river horse?
Oooh, good guess!
You drew that? Man, my hat is off to you, my friend! That’s some sweet work.
Give me some time and I’ll figure out how to make an avatar for you.
Flattery will get you, um, something, no doubt.
My daughter-in-law — the one married to my son the librarian — is an artist who works exclusively in electrons, but I’m more a gouache and conte crayon kind of guy. I feel like it isn’t really art unless it turns your fingers funny colors.
Meanwhile, I’m having trouble even logging in these days. For now, anonymous is synonymous with Pops.
There’s something goofy going on with the logins. I apologize for the inconvenience, and the team is working on it.
I feel the same way about art. I love digital art. But I’m too computer-idiotic to ever do it, and I love the feel of physical art. If you could see the GK originals…you can run your fingers over the surface and feel the ink lines. It’s really swell.
That might lead to an interesting storyline.
