She might want spaghetti, Larry, but not homemade. Good on you, Robespierre, for getting Stephanie to speak up for herself!
And yes, The Famous Supermodel Victoria did guest star on an episode of Wagon Train to the Stars. That actually was something I wrote over 20 years ago, and would’ve been in the comic following “The Importance of Being Eleanor.” Perhaps we’ll find out more in the future.
1-Robespierre and the watch!
2-Stephanie saying No.
3-The pit Larry’s in getting deeper by the minute.
Brilliant…..you have a really ‘wicked’streak Charlie, really wicked.
How many people remember the original title to Star Trek?
He-hee! I do!
I can’t tell you how many times I read “The Making of Star Trek” and “The World of Star Trek” back in the day.
You beat me to the punch on that one.
Happy Gopher brand? Ingredients?
Gophers, of course! But they’re very sad gophers because gophers don’t like getting canned; “Happy Gopher” is just Marketing’s attempt to smoothe over that fact. (“Sad Gopher” brand did very poorly with the focus groups.)
If you look back (waaay back), you’ll see that Happy (Animal) is a series of brand names for things.
I think Larry’s holding a can of “Happy Gopher Brand Canned Cauliflower,” or maybe broccoli. I did the strip two weeks ago and I can’t remember back that far.
Hmmm… So they’re really doing this, huh? And it’s not even like it’s a in the moment thing either. They’re actually planning this. I see bad things coming from this. They could certainly have chosen a better time, that’s for sure.
They haven’t done anything, or committed to doing anything, yet. You’re leaping to contusions.
Ah, but leaping to conclusions based upon a knowledge of Groovy, Kinda history.
We know that Stephanie knows that Larry will take her out. What happens after that is, well…you might see.
Or it’ll remain a mystery for a while. I can say no more.
I’m bracing myself for a massive…something or other. It could explode or end in an orgy. You never quite know.
The storytelling you do with Robbie is amazing, just through that little hexapod’s gestures and expressions. It adds so much to each strip and I always enjoy reading through twice just to make sure I catch everything.
