Good for you, Stephanie! You kept Edison from drinking (for the moment). There might be someone else you should be keeping an eye on too. Just sayin’.
Meanwhile, Eleanor’s party continues to employ some of the finest webcomic characters out there. You might know Patricia the Bartender better as Pato, from the classic M9 Girls. To your left you’ll see that another M9 alumni, Karla, is working as a cigarette girl. And to your right that’s the lovely and talented Clau, also one of the Girls. Panel 3 features none other than Any, leader of the Girls, talking with Geoffrey.
Uh-oh. Looks like Lyssa’s not happy with Eleanor. We’ll see how that goes next time!
Stephanie makes an absolutely adorably effective conscience. ^^
If I had a conscience, I’d want it to be just like Stephanie.
And it’s so nice to see you again, Uncle Delta (to use MJ’s term of affection)! We missed you!
I’ve been here all along, but for the life of me, I just couldn’t think of anything to say. D’ya suppose that there’s such a thing as “commenter’s block”? O.o
Oh, heck yes. I get it all the time.
I’ll read a wonderful comic, and for the life of me I can’t think of anything to say but: “gee, that was really good.” And then I feel like a fool, so I don’t post anything.
Love that last panel. Eleanor knows she’s crossed a line in Lyssa’s estimation, and she is so speechless she’s mouthless.
She knows she’s busted.
Eleanor may be speechless now, but the wheels are a turnin’…
I always said superheroics never paid the bills, so the M9 Girls must resort to side jobs. I’m sure Pato knows how to mix her drinks!
Good of Stephanie to show up at the nick of time, but this party is just starting…
You have said great words of wisdom, my friend. The night is young, and the bar is stocked.
I thought Pato was the perfect choice for bartender. Mind you, she wouldn’t put up with drunks trying to tell her their life story.
Speaking of stories, run, don’t walk, over to The M9 Girls site and tell Hipopotamo that you don’t want to see their adventures come to an end.
