Nice misdirection, Anya.
And anybody who’s ever worked the desk at a library has probably had crazier answers than the ones Stephanie’s giving.
Friday, we’ll head into the weekend in true Groovy, Kinda style! Doncha dare miss it!

That conversation made me freaking laugh. If there is one thing I never again wish to do in my life, it is work in customer service.
Try public service sometime. I used to be a bus driver/supervisor for 7 years.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to see one’s fellow citizens at ground level. I think every elected official should have to drive a bus for 6 months before holding office.
I used to temp at the Section 8 housing. I’d say have politicians do another six at a place where they have to deal with people just struggling to survive and keep above water and know that the majority of people want to be on there own two feet. Sorry I’ll get off my soap box now.
You know exactly what I’m talking about. Yeah, have all our elected officials (and political commentators) spend some time in the real world. I’m naive enough to believe that that would make a huge difference.
I used to work graveyard shifts at Walgreens in a ghetto town for a long time. If that’s not ground level I don’t know what is lol.
You too have paid your dues, my friend.
Anya is such a tease.
