Good for Larry.
And hooray! So far we’re back on schedule. Thank you for your patience. Wednesday we’re sticking with Larry and Stephanie, which promises much wackiness. And soon we’ll be checking in with someone we haven’t heard from lately.
Oh, and I went back and cleaned up a whole mess ‘o strips, so they all load much faster now.
Larry!
… that was pretty darn good…
Happy Monday Everyone!
Happy Monday indeed! Thank you!
Wednesday, Stephanie proposes, Larry no-noses, and there are balloons.
There are very few comics I Squee for, and even fewer that I am registered for. That being said… SQUEE!
Yay! Squee is good. Thank you for reading, registering, and squeeing!. You really do make my day, you know.
Awesome cameo of Faye from the Questionable Content webcomic. Great job!
I did not realize this until you said something. Awesome!
Thanks! I needed someone to harass poor Stephanie, and, since they were in a coffee shop anyway…
She came out a little too skinny, which is funny, considering how I usually draw women.
Charlie,
I love you! I sent you a thank you gifty for your amusement. 😀
Cheers,
Vas
Hey, I recognize those two guys! Haha. Very nice.
I vote for more G,K webcomics! I am sick to death of hearing about other kinds of voting tonight.
My fellow Earthicans, I have heard your cries. Your cries for justice, for freedom, for more G,K comics, ones with Stephanie and Larry, and maybe with balloons or a chicken or something.
Anyway, your cries shall not go unanswered!
Well, they’ll go unanswered until around midnight, ’cause I still have to finish tonight’s strip.
But take heart, noble citizens of this great planet of ours, because tonight you shall be entertained in the style to which I hope you will quickly become accustomed.
I humbly thank you for this opportunity to serve.
The crowd chants, “More, more years! More, more years!”
While I’ll admit that Stephanie’s hairdo scares me for its weaponized styling, I welcome all strips without regard to their cyborg nature, tallness, or future robot apocalypse potential.
And if chickens are to be included in this next “more, more years,” then I can only ask that they be funny-looking chickens – perhaps like the chickens from Smithsonian magazine I used to distract my wife during the birth of our children. Because, welll, they are funny.
So, here, I call out to all Earthicans to support “more, more years” for G,K and for Charlie, and for these United Readers of G,K!
*watches balloons fall in G,K HQ on TV*
So… start with one expy / cameo of a somewhat infamously snarky, wind-up character…
… then have your protagonist beat them with uncanny ease at their own game…
… and what you end up with is the perfect visual representation of the strawman fallacy.
.
But then I get the impression that this sort of thing is just a cultural thing among webcomic creator-types. It isn’t the first time I’ve seen it, and it won’t be the last.
