Finally! Sorry it’s taken a whole month to update. I’ve got some comics in the can, so we should (fingers crossed) be back on a regular schedule. Thank you so much for your patience. You’re the best.
Speaking of the best, while I was gone, the mighty Hippopotamo (The M9 Girls) traveled to the Great Northwest and we visited with the mighty melaredblu (The Refraction of Princess Chroma, Here I Lie Awake)! It was a great time with two wonderful comic creators.
And oh, my my. What does Edison have in mind with Rad Sampson? What’s Eleanor gonna do about it? For that matter, what’s Rad gonna do?
You’ll find out more next week!
“Oh my my…”
Can she boogie? Can she slide?
Two points for the Ringo Starr reference!
It took me a second to catch. When I hear “Oh my my…” I think of the Monkees song.
Eleanor doesn’t take kindly to people dodging her bards, does she?
*barbs*
Although a Eleanor bard would also make for an…interesting tabletop session, were she to ever join in.
Oh, an Eleanor Bard would be wonderful. Though I have a feeling if they could ever get her to play, she’d play Kittens ‘n Catacombs as an Assassin.
Maybe a flashback to their college days…
She prefers them to stand and take them. Preferably with tears.
“buisness” ?
OK, now that I’ve picked *that* nit, let me thank you, Charlie, for plugging away faithfully. It makes so many people happy!
Aw, thank you Pops. It’s readers like you that keep me plugging away.
And thank you for catching “buisness.” Unfortunately there’s no spell-checker for lettering.
Curiously enough, “business” is one of two words I really cannot spell correctly. The other is that place you go go to eat meals prepared by someone else.
I couldn’t spell, either, but I’ve been married to an English teacher for, mmmmmm, forty-four years next month and so I’ve learned to at least proofread in self defense.
Happy Anniversary!
Fixed both spelling and grammatical errors. Thanks for pointing that one out.
One wonders if Eleanore’s soul is going to sting for a good long while after that verbal double b***h slap. Edison will pay dearly for that later, but for now I will bask in the afterglow of reading a well-crafted riposte ^^.
Edison may well pay later, but Eleanor’s enjoying it now. It’s so rare that she has anyone to spar with. At least, anyone who approaches her level.
