Happy New Year! Looks like Edison and Stephanie (and Larry and Robespierre) are starting off right. Never underestimate the power of the waffle made entirely out of bacon.
It’s full of stars, after all.
One of my resolutions is to post more comics. Fingers crossed!
The Return of the Bacon Waffle
A Groovy, Kinda Presentation
Edison Lighthouse and Stephanie Rossum, Executive Producers
Featuring Larry Pye
With Special Guest Star Robespierre
Entering February with fingers still crossed… How’s it going? Any baconwaffles left?
Well, let’s see. I’m slowly working on an idea. We’ll see how it goes. In the meantime, I’m still working 50+ hours a week, trying to learn Japanese, taking care of my chickens, and…
.. I just got cast as Rev. Chasuble in “The Importance of Being Earnest” at my local theatre.
Kinda busy, but we’ll see what we can do!
Thank you, Pops, for always being here. It means a lot to me.
Rev. Chasuble! I haven’t seen the play in years but I recall him as being perfectly accepting of all the nonsense going on around him. That may have been just that production, though. Lady Bracknell was played by a flaming young man in drag who had even more fun than the audience, so all the rest of the cast looked calm by comparison.
My advice is to stock up on cucumbers.
I’m sorry. Cucumbers are not to be had. Not even for ready money.
That production sounds like a hoot. I was half hoping to get cast as Lady Bracknell. She has all the best lines.
We had perfectly wonderful cucumber sandwiches at a tea shop in Oarai. “Wisteria.” I’d never had real ones before.
