Way to kill the mood there, Steph.
And don’t think I don’t see you there Robie, snuggled under those freshly-ironed clothes. Nothing like something warm to crawl under.
“Bok Choy” always sounded to me like something you’d scream out in a karate move. (Or at least since I heard it on an episode of “Rocko’s Modern Life.”)
Way to be, Stephanie–right to the point! Poor Edison was not ready for that! But the real question is: what are they going to make with all the Bok Choy?!
Larry and Toivo realized long ago that if they wanted to look good, they were gonna have to learn to iron their own clothes. Larry quite likes it. And it gets him some private time, down in the basement.
Robie, of course, loves laundry time. As long as he’s not the one being cleaned…
To be fair, if Stephanie can overcome her hairy monster worries I’m sure Edison can put on a good face. Unless you’ve got something else planned, Charlie.
Love Stephanie. Her perspective is great for identifying both how silly human language sounds (regardless of the specific form), and how effective it is for deception.
Good eye. You’re absolutely right.
Unfortunately, I use the GIMP for image manipulation, and, for some unexplained reason, it won’t let me put the new panel in with the old one. It did, however, destroy the working copy that I was using.
I think I’ll just leave it as it is.
hi, sorry, Hjels, Charlie did not forget to color Stephanie’s pants. They like her hair reflect her inner ‘niceness’.
Hey, I am trying to help here… I am surprised that Edison’s navel thingy has not effected Stephanie. . . yet.

And now those clothes probably smell like nanobots.
The Li’l Stinker is like a cat in many ways, isn’t he?
And I guess you could say that Stephanie is showing her still developing social skills.

And I’m guessing Edison’s answer….
” ‘Cos I’m scared.”
Possibly, but she’d have to be more than two-bubble drunk to admit it.
Way to be, Stephanie–right to the point! Poor Edison was not ready for that! But the real question is: what are they going to make with all the Bok Choy?!
I’m rather partial to stir-fried bok choy myself. Edison may have other ideas though. Ideas that would include kohlrabi, I hope.
I’m afraid that at this point Edison’s ideas about what to do with bok choi, kohlrabi, and kuhdbeewurst would involve Stephanie and mayhem. ๐
Only Larry would resort to ironing to stay away from girls’ talk!
Robespierre has it nice, though…

Maybe it’s not the new friends Edison is avoiding…

I wonder how she would feel if the barbeque was at their house.

So why is she hesitant? Can’t see it being a jelousy thing. What would she have to be jelous about?
I think you forgot to colour Stephanie’s pants on the last panel, by the way.

BTW, enjoy your Spring Break; you deserve it!
Take all the break you need, buddy. You’ve earned it.
Have fun in Cancun! ๐
Don’t forget the sunscreen! Remember, you’re a clown–only your nose should be red.
I know you said “spring break” but I’m just checking to make sure you’re ok. We miss you.
Aw, thank you, Tru. I missed you as well. As you can see, I’m finally back!
“Could be worst”? *GROOOOOAN*
I’m really surprised that nobody mentioned that until now.
Again, well done, Storel.
I saw it, but groaned in private. ๐ As far as groanables go, Groovy Kinda is what might be called a “target-rich-environment.”
He-hee!
Sometimes you just have to say the strange words out loud.
