Larry may not always know what’s wrong, but he does know how to make Stephanie feel better.
Hey, Happy Friday! Come Monday, we’ll check in with a couple we haven’t seen in quite a while. Unless I have surprise. You’ll just have to stay tuned.

Okay… that’s ridiculously romantic, even if Larry doesn’t realize how romantic he’s being.
Ah, therein lies his power. He doesn’t see a romantic opportunity; he sees an upset friend who needs support. His obliviousness is both his strength and his weakness.
Larry, the Oblivious Whisperer.
Originally I was going to have Stephanie recap all the reasons why she was upset: Phyl dying, getting hit by a car, the coffee shop, etc., and then have Larry tell her what they were going to do (drink tea, eat pudding, watch TV). And then I realized that it’d all work better without any words.
Excellent choice, Charlie. 🙂
Thanks. I know it doesn’t always look like it, but I usually try to keep the dialogue to a minimum.
That quilt looks like it was fun to ink!
Do you think Stephanie would like Thundercats?
It was! And she probably would. Though it just can’t hold a candle to “She-Kat, Defender of the Niceyverse!”
This is so damn sweet.
