*blinks* *goes back and re-reads* *reads THE COMIC!* I have no idea what just happened. I was always under the impression that Eleandor always knew that Stephanie was an Android. The only thing that I can speculate is that Stephanie just did something that was beyond Eleandor’s control. And Eleandor must always be in control of every way shape and form. The two times that she lost it was when her sister showed up and finances.
So I honestly don’t have a clue.

No, you’re almost exactly right. Eleanor does know Stephanie’s an android, ’cause Eleanor’s the only one who saw Stephanie in her world.
Remember that Stephanie lost most of her memory when she came through the discombobulationotron.
I can’t say too much, because I don’t want to give stuff away too early.
Though maybe this will help: Here, when Stephanie’s using her flame finger power, she’s using it for the first time (that she knows).
Eleanor said “won’t” before Stephanie lit her finger. I think we have another shoe waiting to drop to explain this…

If I had a friend who could light my cigarettes with their finger I would keep them in close proximity at all times. But I guess I should take up smoking, first.
