Man, this one took a while. I’m sorry for the delay. The ability to draw just left my arm for a while. Let’s hope it stays around, ’cause I really wanna see how Hibiki’s gonna handle a certain Li’l Stinker.

I eat my peas with honey.
I’ve done it all my life!
They do taste kind of funny,
But it keeps them on the knife!
That’s exactly where that came from!
Wallace Tripp!
Himself!
I read *A Great Big Ugly Man* to my boys a thousand times.
In voices!
Now, that would be cool to see. I have a bunch of Wallace Tripp books.
Maybe I better pull some out. His art is fantastic.
How are you doing, Charlie? Working hard, or planning a trip to Japan, or just not up to drawing lately? Myself, I’ve been to England and back since I last checked in — to Gloucester!
d: All of the above, Pops.
Working, and taking Japanese classes at the local college are using up most of my limited brainial powers.
Trying to draw. Really I am.
And planning next month’s Japan trip!
Oh man, you got to go to England? And Gloucester? Good for you! What English things did you get to see?
Of all the islands in the world, that would be my next choice.
We go to the UK every two or three years, and (according to our offspring) alwaus see the same things, whatever part of the island we visit: medieval cathedrals and restored steam trains. This time it was Gloucester cathedral and the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway. Of course it’s more than that. A neolithic burial mound, an iron age hill fort, a Saxon-era church, Tewkesbury Abbey, a fifteenth century coaching inn (where we stayed), Gloucester’s 19th century quays and locks, and an Arts and Crafts manor house.
Man, what a trip! You and I have much the same tastes. History history history. I would love to tour all the Roman sites, myself.
Also, I don’t know what happened, but there’ll be a strip next week.
Most excellent news! I do like my ration of GK!
Oh, and I left Chetworth Roman Villa off my list of Gloucestershire sites! Extensive floor mosaics in several rooms, and remains of walls knee-high or so, so you get a real feel for what the place must have been like.
I can only imagine. I’d love to experience history like that. Maybe next year…
Okay, no comic this week. I got a new computer, and the programs that ran on the last one won’t run on this until I perform some arcane jibber jabber.
It’s drawn, but there’s no possible way to make word balloons yet. Maybe next week.
Sorry.
The next strip isn’t loading properly.
Of course it isn’t. It’s a computer.
Since it was impossible to fix, I just deleted it and made a new one.
Hibiki-chan doesn’t know why they’re offering that much fora “simple task” lìke thst?
Steep learning curve ahead
Hi gang, I’m back, too. 🙂
Oh, it might be a steep learning curve for someone else, too.
WELCOME BACK, UNCLE DELTA! Glad to see you’re still around. Hope all is well and good.
It’s pretty good now after kinda being touch and go for a while. Getting back here feels like home‐-you know, comfotable! ^^
