Aren’t those two just the cutest? I do love to see the GK characters happy.
Monday, we’ll answer a very important question. One I’m sure you’ve been wondering about. And, we’ll see Hindenburger’s. Who knows, we may meet a celebrity or two. You’ll just have to stay tuned to find out!
what time does the balloon go up?
Other shoe? Paging other shoe.
I’m sure I don’t know what you mean. Dropping another shoe from a balloon? What?
This is just a pleasant date with two people who are deeply infatuated with each other. I’m looking forward to a number of nice, sweet comic strips showing two people enjoying each others company.
I don’t know where you get the idea that something serious is going to happen.
Yay, Zeppelins.
“Ooooh look, it’a zellipen”
“Nice try, laddie.”
(The Goon Show)
Is that a Polish Hen?
Huh, Charlie’s added a Teutonic character to the cast.
I was thinking a Bearded Buff Frizzle Polish Bantam hen too, a.k.a. “funny chicken.” *squee*
At least it’s not a Naked Neck Turken.
Yeah, those Naked Neck Turkens are always digging up my yard and making a nuisance of themselves.
Funny Chickens live on a Funny Farm . . .
I love Polish hens.
i was thinking the “hindenburger” was a fast food joint on an airship.
i’m heartily in favour of pleasant dates with nice ladies, been there, done that, and married her, 46 years ago and counting.
Now that, sir, is something to be proud of. If I was wearing a hat, I would take it off to you.
Ooh, ooh! Another poster! I nearly missed it. And Spiders! 🙂
I was wondering if anyone would notice Spiders. “Bitter Rabbit” is now my new band name (as soon as I learn to play an instrument).
For those of you who haven’t experienced the funness that is “Princess Chroma,” Spiders is the not-so-cute bunny sidekick.
Depending on how the date goes, there may be more “October 20th” appearances.
I have something special planned for G,K, but I can’t fit it in until the start of the second chapter. And it’s killing me! 🙂
You mean, more special than this?
What are you waiting for, man?
Let’s say that what I have in mind requires a certain contraption not readily avaliable on the Icelandic tundra.
In Wednesday’s comments, I mentioned a musician named Rose . . . Biff Rose. Aside from being one of my favorite musicians, he named his daughter ‘Sterling’ . . . Sterling Rose. Some parents are just cool.
Wondering, does it ever rain in Innesmount?
Yes, but it’s a pain to draw.
@ charlie,
got a question, is there any way i can download a self created avatar to to my profile?
I think I found a way where I can do it.
Oh wait, I forgot that, in WordPress, “Upload Avatar” doesn’t actually upload an avatar.
How did you all get your avatars to show up?
Groovy on Tapastic – The black and white art really snaps! The white screen surrounding the page is easy on the eyes. It felt like taking a deep breath. The line work seems sharper, but the page size is the same. I suspect the additional white space is causing my pupils to constrict (smaller aperture, sharper image). Anyway, it really shows off your skills as an illustrator.
Thank you! So far I’ve heard mixed reviews of the white background. I’m glad you like it.
I’ve been having a lot of fun making the thumbnails.
