I guess they both told her!
Happy Monday. Coming up, we revisit an old haunt, where Edison and Stephanie take a serious look at what really matters. Hope you stick around!
And it’s cameo time again. The bunny in the window is Leopold (or Spiders) from Princess Chroma, while those two dapper gentlemen are the loveable knuckleheads from AndToBeLoved (which really needs to update, hint, hint), while the cute bat in the window is Lucy, the star of the charming and funny Bat and Bunny. All three links are over there to your right, under More Groovy Comics.
Plus, we’re almost at strip #300! Who’da thunk, way back in January of 2012, that we’d run this long? And still not get Larry, Anya, and Edison together! Ah well, things have a way of changing, don’t they?
I realize now that I’ve never registered to your site before, so I thought I really should now. Thanks so much for the Bat and Bunny shout out ^_^ I’ve already thought of some cameo ideas for your comic too when we finally get to see the library where Lottie works. 😀
Oh and since I’ve yet to say it on your site….Your comic is awesome!
How awesome (and creepy) is it that the book store has its own “clown section”?
Is it “Clown Section,” or is it something even more creepy?
And, welcome to Groovy, Kinda, AudreyWilson88! It’s an honor and a pleasure to have you here. We’ve got a wonderful group of commenters.
Plus, I love Bat & Bunny.
Oh, no! I’d completely blocked that one out, but now it’s coming back to me! No sleep for me tonight.
Edison, just take your medicine for once. Having been a problem drinker myself, I just want to shake Edison. It’s not nice of me but that’s what happens when Charlie writes awesome characters. You fink, you! 😉
I take that as a compliment! Thank you.
I think that wanting to shake Edison is a natural response to her actions.
I definitely meant it as a compliment 🙂
R and Thomas look so freakin’ cool! I’m loving that walk. Thanks a million as always!!
Glad you like ’em! Couple of Beau Brummels, those two.
Charlie; its the sign of a great writer in that his/her audience invest an attachment to their characters. I feel that way about this story.
I can’t stop reading this and don’t want to stop, but somewhere along the line Edison’s “Reality Cheque” is going to run out of overdraft and I reckon thats going to be messy.
Here’s hoping Larry’s has a recovery plan, or a management buy out scheme.
Miss Turner looks like someone in Acting but can’t quite place her.
I’m liking Stephanie with her attitude and confidence to wear mini skirt and go-go boots on the job at a bookstore
Well, it is Ms Turner’s bookstore, and she’s a fairly colorful character, so…
Plus, I’ve always liked white go-go boots.
I’m not sure who she looks like. She’s kind of a composite, plus the usual accidents that happen while penciling.
