Oh brother. This promises to be an interesting weekend for those four. And the clock is ticking on Edison’s big meeting.
UPDATE: Check out the new page up top: The Gallery. It’s filled with fantastic guest art!
If I missed a piece of art, please, let me know.
Well, he’s getting closer to not being an enabler.
Yeah…Edison has problems. I don’t see her meeting with her son going very well.
And I love Robspierre’s indignant expression at the bath 😉
Well, I have been thinking, Edison was so drunk that when the door hit her, she was very, very, very relaxed. If she had been sober or a lot less drunk, two bubbles or less, it would NOT been a pretty sight.
Edison is now very much a resident in the State of Denial.
It is now up to Larry to Stop caring for Edison or use his smarts to help her change. Either one is NOT going to be easy and one WILL result in Tragedy.
It can be hard to tell the ones you love “no.” Larry needs to find some courage and really help Edison, if she’ll let him.
So ROBESPIERRE made all of the mess in the kitchen? Wow, she really IS the Queen of Denial.
Nooo…you were so close…whyyyy? I know conflict builds a story, but this needs to be resolved, dangit!
I think that with all comedy there has to be a little darkness to make sure that the light shines through, I think that we are getting into the ‘shadow’ of that darkness and I suspect that Charlie’s writing will both scare and entertain us all.
After all this is good and accurate writing.
Oh and I’m off to a Model Painting Competition today, so wish me luck. (No not those types of models. Trapdoors and Trolls)
I’ve seen pictures of your work, so I have every confidence that you will indeed, rock today.
Best of luck, Mike, from all of us at Groovy, Kinda! Make us proud!
It’s kind of painful to watch how little resistance Edison gets. Larry makes a weak attempt here I guess, but he seems to back down as soon as Edison replies. Maybe this incident will finally push Stephanie to act. Ultimately, Edison will always be the one to choose how to live her life, but I think it would do her good to hear how her loved ones feel about her behaviour.
