Well, it’s not much, but there it is.
Spent pages upon pages rewriting this one, and finally got something to draw about. But it’s terrible, so I’ll never finish it. But, I really like that first panel.
And, this may be the last strip for a while. I haven’t drawn anything since. We’ll just have to wait and see if the muse comes back for a visit.
Sorry there’s not a full strip.
Yeah, the bandage on the bear’s arm shifts from left to right and back to left again. Might want to correct that when you get around to it. Otherwise it’s a good page.
Pencils! We get to see pencils! This is how the magic is made!
Keep it like this, then add whatever revised version (Rex Iago?) You settle on as the next installment. A little stutter in time can’t be all that unusual within a certain radius of the discombobulothingummy.
Oh, and I think the stuffie with the bandaged left arm at the far right edge of the panel is a different animal, since the bear is in the left side of the same panel.
I just went back to review Our Story Thus Far (from the introduction of Mr. Joy, at least) and spotted something I hadn’t picked up on before.
Fort Tissimo, indeed.
Stay well and happy Charlie. The muse will trip back in her own time – we’ll miss you, but think of you and GK return. Chris
Aw, thank you, Chris. I keep sitting down at the drawing table, trying to create something to draw. Haven’t given up.
Knowing “mistress”, her machinations, and the reconnecting between Larry and Lighthouse, She is running to make sure her family is protected from tampering.
“Well it’s nice to finally meet you”
“My tummy hurts so I need to go home to Larry”
Vwoosh
“Well that has to be the shortest blind date in history.”
Actually, she’s running to ask Anya for a ride home. Stephanie still isn’t allowed to wander around unescorted. She might light a cigarette with her finger, or lift up an automobile or something.
Oooo! At the bottom edge of that pencilled third panel, just to the right of Mr. Joy, I see a copyrighted four-fingered glove!
Oh, I threw in anything and everything I could think of for that panel.
And you think of some mighty entertaining things!
Sketchbooks have value too. 🙂
